Historic Floor Restoration
Older Baltimore homes often hide beautiful floors under years of wear, paint, or tired finishes. This restoration project was about bringing that original hardwood back — not covering it up, but respecting what was already there.
We assessed the condition of the boards, sanded carefully where the wood allowed, and refinished the surface so the grain could show again. Historic floors ask for patience: you work with the wood, not against it.
When the job was done, the rooms felt warmer and more connected to the home’s history — a restored floor that still carries its age with dignity.
